What a massive year for Bayside Therapy Group.
We relocated from Charman Rd Cheltenham to Grange Rd Cheltenham, which we managed to do fairly smoothly.
We were able to add some exciting new focuses to the business- BEYOND MASSAGE including Stretching sessions for athletes as well as rehab stretching, inversion Stretching, Postural Assessment reporting, Foam Roller mobilising and the very popular Escape massage.
We welcomed Jennifer Stevens to the group. Her passion, skills and personality have been a wonderful addition.
We performed well over 2000 massages.
We were involved in many fund raising projects during the year, in fact we raised or donated over $6000.
We helped patients reach many amazing goals whether it be to run 240km from Eden to Mt Kosciusko, to compete in running, triathlon, ironman, marathon, cycling events, through to losing working with PT’s to help their clients lose weight and improve their health or just being able to walk the dog for an hour each day. We loved every minute.
We helped people suffering with headaches, muscular aches and pains, sciatica, tendinitis, TMJ issues, sporting injuries, stress, anxiety.
We helped many fantastic people reduce their need for pain medication.
We succeeded in helping people suffering with chronic pain to be able to live a better quality of life.
We had clients pass away, which is always challenging for us, but something that always helps is seeing so many of our lady patients become mums and bring their beautiful little babies in to meet us. But of course we had actually known them in the months before while helping mums with pregnancy massage.
We met hundreds of new patients. We hope you are all happy and as happy to meet us as we have been to meet you.
So thank you all for being part of our Bayside Therapy Group journey during 2016. We can’t wait to bring you many new exciting developments in 2017 and beyond.
(Stay tuned for ‘learn to massage with Steve Eastwood workshops’ for those that want to learn some skills to help loved one’s when in pain or discomfort).
